It depends on the pool and the season — typically fortnightly or weekly in summer. We set the right frequency during the free visit and adjust it through the year.
Do I need to be home during visits?
Not necessarily, as long as our team can access the pool. You always receive a report after each visit.
Are chemical products included?
Not in the Essential plan. They are included in the Complete and Premium plans.
