These terms govern the use of the BlueBave Pool website.
1. Identification
Conquista Sofisticada – Construção Civil e Investimentos Imobiliários Unipessoal Lda, tax no. 516340832, Oeiras, Lisboa, Portugal. Trade name: BlueBave Pool. Contact: geral@bluebave.pt.
2. Purpose
The site is informational and is intended to present BlueBave Pool’s pool maintenance services and to enable contact and quote requests. Submitting a request does not, in itself, constitute a contract.
3. Prices and estimates
The prices and estimates shown, including in the configurator, are indicative and provisional. The final monthly fee is confirmed after a visit and assessment of the pool.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s content (text, images, trademarks and logos) is owned by BlueBave Pool / the Bave group or by licensed third parties and may not be used without authorisation.
5. Liability
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the site is permanently available. To the extent permitted by law, BlueBave Pool is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.
6. Governing law and dispute resolution
Portuguese law applies. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use the electronic Complaints Book and the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies.
